My Confession as a Shopholic Addiction

I am the biggest spender whenever i go for shopping, nothing else matter as long as i get what i want. I feel like all my problem .. all the tension in the office.. all the frustrated in life can slowly ease when i went off for shopping.

I love to shop cloth, skirts, bra, panties and i am the biggest fan of shoes. Gush i love Charles and Keith Design.

While writing this article i look up an article about shopholic.

Shopaholic! How To Take Control Of Your Shop-A-Holic Addiction

Shops find sneaky ways to trick you out of cash. Here's how to avoid ""post-shopping regret"".

Mannequins - When a shop assistant dresses a manniquin they load them with clothes. As soon as you see them either in store or through the window you immediate act on impulse and take a close look, with 'must-have' intentions. But don't! One key item is enough to give your wardrobe a whole new twist.

Shop Alone - Shopping is a socialable occasion for girls. When your friends spend in your presence you also feel entitled and pressured into buying just for the sake of it. Give your mates the slip and save your cash.

Red Alert! - Have you noticed that most labels you come across are red and white? They subliminal activate a sense of 'Christmas' and 'gifts' when you see these tags which makes you go into spending mode.

The Changing Rooms - Over 25% of girls that try on clothes end up buying them, which is why sales assistants approach and suggest that you try your clothes. Don't be tempted!

Mirror Mirror - Shops install flattering lighting and slimmer-reflecting mirrors that don't give a true reflection. Don't be fooled!

Bin The Basket! - If you didn't have a basket you could you carry as much? If you have an empty basket you're more likely to fill it. So ditch the basket so you're only getting essential items.

Your Nearest Starbucks! - Have you noticed that it's common these days for retail shops to have a coffee shop installed? Have you noticed where they place it too.. right at the back so you have to walk through all the goods before you even order a coffee. Don't fall for it!

Look Left! - As most of us are right-handers, we have a tendency to look slightly to the right when we enter shops. This is where shops place the expensive, attractive items - so look left!

"Would You Like To Save 10%.." - A very promising start before you even made you're first purchase! Shop assistants encourage you to open a store card with them and to help you save more but in the long run you end up coming back and spending more. It's better to say no.
